Hear It From Our Teams

  • Dr Nicholas Thomas

    CEO

I was inspired to start OnTrack Tasmania to bring about social justice and social change.

Well, I first came across these two terms during my PhD, I discovered both are very important in how we see ourselves, how we build confidence and how we should structure achieving our goals.

I am committed to providing high-quality services to NDIS Participants in a supportive environment to enable them to achieve their goals.

  • Vipin

Program Coordination Officer and Art Program Leader

What I enjoy most about my job is witnessing the positive impact our programs have on participants. It’s fulfilling to see individuals grow and become more confident through their engagement in the community.

  • Brittany

    Program Manager – Rostering
I’ve been working with OnTrack Tasmania since November 2019. I started out as a support worker back when we had 1 SIL house and around 40 Community Access Participants then moved into rostering. I like how each day is different and always fast-paced. Although I don’t work directly with Participants, I still get to be a part of their journey.
  • Raf Patterson

    Operations Manager
I’ve been working with OnTrack Tasmania since 2020 and it has been very rewarding. I enjoy seeing our participants achieve their goals in life and live to their full capacity. I also enjoy working with a fantastic team in Participant Intake and Engagement.
  • Demii Bearman Hill

    Program Manager – Team Development
I have always had a passion for people and business development, in this role, I have the ability to make a difference in Participants’ lives and also develop the business at the same time.
