Our commitment to quality is to provide high-quality services to Participants in a supportive environment. With a strong person-centred and self-determining focus, we offer Supported Accommodation, Community Access programs, and Coordination of Support services to help NDIS Participants live their best lives.
Our point of difference is supporting all NDIS Participants including individuals with complex needs who live with non-traditional disabilities.
Organisational Structure
Our Participant Intake and Engagement teams serve as the first point of contact for both new and existing Participants, supporting them in their journey with OnTrack Tasmania. Meanwhile, our Team Development team focuses on supporting and training our support workers to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Our wide organisational structure allows our staff to integrate and develop their skills regardless of their backgrounds, allowing us to focus on and prioritise our Participants’ needs.
