NDIS Pricing Arrangements

NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (previously the NDIS Price Guide) assist participants and disability support providers to understand the way that price controls for supports and services work in the NDIS.

Price regulation is in place to ensure that participants receive value for money in the supports that they receive.

The Support Catalogue lists all of the available supports that providers can use when lodging a payment request. It also provides information on the current (and previous) price limits for each support item and indicates which claim types (travel, non-face-to-face, etc.) apply for each price-limited support item.

Price limits are the maximum prices that registered providers can charge NDIS participants for specific supports.

Participants and providers can negotiate lower prices. The rules outlined in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits must be followed when supports are delivered to NDIA-managed or plan-managed participants.

Pricing Updates

The NDIA regularly updates pricing arrangements.

Pricing updates – announced 18 April 2024

Temporary Transformation Payment (TTP) Ending 1 July 2024

The Temporary Transformation Payment (TTP) for disability support worker-related supports will end on 1 July 2024.

Providers will no longer be able to claim the TTP loading for services delivered on or after this date.

Providers are encouraged to update their billing, invoicing, and record-keeping systems to reflect standard support item prices.  Also, providers should review and adjust service agreements with participants as needed, ensuring clear communication about the TTP ending.

For Claims related to TTP services delivered before 1 July 2024, refer to the Legacy Support items tab of the Support Catalogue.

Participant Handbook

This Handbook is designed to explain some basic facts to you about the services you will receive and what you can expect being a participant of the NDIS.
