In this role, you will:

• Deliver person-centred, efficient, and high-quality services that build capacity for individuals with disabilities.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and management of complex, multi-disciplinary supports.
• Lead the intake and engagement team, ensuring smooth operations for supported accommodation services.
• Facilitate intensive, recovery-focused support for individuals with diverse needs, including those with a history of homelessness, addiction, dual disabilities, and challenging behaviours.
