Disability Support Worker
OnTrack Tasmania is seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to assist individuals facing mental health challenges, social disadvantage, and living with disabilities. In this role, you will be pivotal in helping participants reach their full potential in a non-judgmental, supportive environment. To be successful in this role, the following essential criteria is required:
- Minimum Certificate III/ equivalent experience or working towards a certificate/ willingness to enrol.
- WWVP receipt or card in the employee category
- Receipt for Police check or a police check no older than 3 months
